MMC vs. Exira/EH-K
Exira/EH-K Offense: Beating a quality team
like Glidden-Ralston twice in the season proved extremely difficult but this
group was able to do that in order to clinch a spot in the semifinals. Their
offense relies heavily on the ground game with Trey Sander, Nick Peppers, and
Drew Peppers combined to rush for over 3,500 yards. This three headed
monster puts a ton of pressure on opponents and it shows every time this group
takes the field.
Key Player: Trey Sander
MMC Offense: Few expected
them to get here but MMC has proven capable of beating a lot of quality teams as
they stand at 12-0 with an offense pouring in 54 points a night. Balance
has helped them post those huge numbers as quarterback Tanner Utesch has worked
extremely well with running back Andrew Hoefling. Each is capable of
making a play any time they touch the football.
