Run by Jamie Johnson, Elite Sports USA held their first

showcase on Saturday in

Cedar Falls, Iowa. This event attracted talented players from all across

the Midwest and had some very exciting games being played. IowaPreps.com

was there and recaps the event in this free article.

A few things about the event. This was

the time they had held anything in the State of Iowa and the number of talented

players was impressive. Coming into Saturday, I really was unsure what to

expect but some players ended up making the trip to Cedar Falls. Here were

the talented preps who made the All Star game at the end of the day:

Overall I really think this brand of camps has

a chance to grow larger and larger. The players all worked hard and the

teams seemed balanced. Every kid I saw get into the game seemed to be able

to hold his own, which included some of the younger players on a team that I

coached.
