Waukee guard Drew Johnson lands NAIA offer

The hard work of Waukee guard Drew Johnson paid off tonight in the form of an offer from the coaches at Grand View College.

Johnson, who was recently rated among our top 40 basketball players in the Class of 2017, averaged 11.6 points per game last winter as a junior while hitting 40% of his shots from the floor. He will be asked to fill an even bigger role due to graduation as a senior for the Warriors.
